In this page, we show the functionalies
of the MPICH-GX via following two demos:
|
| |
1) Simple
CPI Program
2) Ping-Pong
Program |

Simple
CPI program |
| |
This demo shows the functinality
of MPICH-GX for supporting the private IP via the
job submission of a CPI program. CPI is a simple
MPI program to calculate pi. The demo includes the
compile of source code, and the submission and monitoring
of the job. We submit the job into two clusters;
one has public IP domain and the other has private
IP domain. Please see the following video file: download

Ping-Pong
Program |
| |
This demo shows the functinality
of the MPICH-GX for supporting the fault-torelance
via ping-pong program. Ping-pong is an MPI program
to send and receive some messages with each other.
The demo includes the compile of source code, the
submission and monitoring of the job, and the killing
job. We also submit the job into two clusters; one
has public IP domain and the other has private IP
domain. During the running the job, we manually kill
one of processes via console. You can check out the
status of job recovery at failure, as described in
Figure 2. Please see the following video file: download
